These Terms & Conditions govern your use of madewellwoodworks.com (the “Site”) and our text message program. By using the Site or opting in to receive text messages from Madewell Woodworks (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these terms.

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Madewell Woodworks at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
We offer two separate text message programs, and you choose each one independently:
Project update frequency varies with your inquiry and project status. Offers & reviews messages are sent up to 4 times per month.
Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
To stop receiving messages, text STOP to the number we message you from. You will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS messages from us. To rejoin, text START.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with its operation or with anyone else’s use of it. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, submit false information through our forms, or use automated tools to collect content from the Site.
Prices, designs, and timelines shown on the Site, including “starting at” pricing, are for general information and may change without notice. Every project is quoted individually based on your space and selections.
The specific terms of any project, including pricing, payment schedule, warranty, and installation details, are set out in the written quote or agreement you receive from us. If anything on the Site conflicts with your written agreement, the written agreement controls.
The photos, designs, text, logos, and other content on the Site belong to Madewell Woodworks or are used with permission. You may view and share links to our pages for personal use, but you may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that all content is complete or current. Photos show completed projects and finishes may vary from what appears on your screen.
The Site may link to third-party websites, such as financing partners or review platforms. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Madewell Woodworks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our text message program. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under your written project agreement or under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these terms will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision.
