Queen Vertical Rivington Murphy Bed — Avery Ranch

The upstairs flex space in this Avery Ranch home had one job too many. It needed to work as a TV room on most days and flip to a guest bedroom when family came to town. A queen vertical Rivington Murphy bed in Super White handled the guest side of that equation, and a Samsung Frame TV mounted directly to the bed face handled the other.

The Rivington profile keeps the cabinet doors clean and contemporary, a good match for a room that needed to function as a media space without looking like a bedroom in waiting. Open shelving towers on both sides give the client room to display the collections that make the space feel lived in rather than staged. Upper cabinets run the full width above, and base cabinets below keep the flex space organized.

When the bed is stowed the Frame TV sits flush against the wall, the shelves are full, and the room reads as a proper TV lounge. Pull the bed down and it becomes a comfortable guest room without moving a single thing.
