This custom project showcases a wall-to-wall cabinetry system designed to transform a single room into a high-performance guest suite, home office, and library.

Finished in a sophisticated sage green with brushed gold hardware, the unit features a seamless Craftsman profile that conceals a queen vertical Murphy bed. To solve the dilemma of the dual-purpose room, an ingenious fold-out secretary desk is integrated directly into the shelving, providing a sturdy workspace that disappears when not in use. The design maximizes vertical space with open library shelving, upper storage cabinets, and a dedicated nook specifically sized for a printer.

By consolidating a bed, desk, and storage into one footprint, the project eliminates visual clutter and allows the room to be reset to a clean aesthetic at a moment’s notice. This masterclass in square-footage optimization replaces three separate pieces of furniture with one cohesive architectural feature.
